Monika Robertson is the Director of Risk Management & Compliance for Roberts Wesleyan University since 2015. Additionally, Monika serves as the Chairperson of the New York College and Risk Management Group for workers’ compensation. Prior to joining RWU, Monika held other compliance roles in non-profit organizations (Goodwill of the Finger Lakes) and public companies (Xerox, Birds Eye Foods) over the past 25 years.

Bob is chair of Bond, Schoeneck & King’s property department and the firm's environmental and energy practice. His practice includes New York State and federal regulatory compliance concentrating on environmental, health and safety matters, including enforcement and litigation. Bob advises clients on air quality compliance, SPDES and stormwater permit requirements, petroleum and hazardous substance storage and release reporting, SEQRA and environmental impact review, solid and hazardous waste management, asbestos compliance, remediation and Brownfield redevelopment. Bob also counsels clients regarding Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) compliance obligations.

Jessica Wojick is the National Practice Leader for Workforce Strategies, Marsh’s Health and Safety consulting organization. Her responsibilities across domestic and international clients include the growth and delivery of pre-loss services such as OSHA compliance, safety system and culture transformation, fleet and ergonomics. As the practice leader, Jessica works with a broad array of knowledgeable and experienced consultants and leaders to identify pre-loss cost drivers and develop risk mitigation strategies and business solutions - increasing the quality and efficiency of our clients’ safety and health management systems and programs.
