Marsh Learnership Program 2019

Marsh is offering a limited number of opportunities to students who have completed a matric qualification including Math / Math Literacy, English and a second language. The Learnership programme is offered to students between the age of 18 – 24 years who are interested in gaining workplace experience and formal training towards a short term insurance qualification.

What we are looking for in a candidate

  • SA Citizen
  • Matric qualification (with Maths / Math Literacy (60%) and English (60%)
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Administrative skills

The Programme

The Learnership programme commences 01 February 2019 during which time successful candidates will get full exposure to the fields of insurance administration, placement and broking and claims handling administration.

Marsh Graduate Program 2019

Marsh is offering a limited number of opportunities to students who have completed a three year or four year (honours) tertiary qualification in Risk Management, Engineering, BCom Finance or Law, and would like to gain workplace experience and training in the Short-term Corporate and Commercial Short-term Insurance fields of broking and risk management.

What we are looking for in a candidate
