Mining in 10 minutes - Ep. 4: Strengthening cyber security defenses for the digital era

In episode 4 of ‘Mining in 10’ – Host Raul Munoz and expert guest Julien Ducloy discuss mining specific cyber exposures, and how to implement cyber controls and company-wide procedures.

Embracing new technology is no longer a choice but a business necessity for mining leaders to stay competitive. From remotely controlled systems and real-time analytics to autonomous machinery, new mining technology has paved the way for safer working conditions, more informed business decisions, and greater efficiency. However, this digital transformation has also opened the floodgates to a host of new cyber exposures.

In our fourth episode of ‘Mining in 10’, a 5-part webinar series where we explore top mining risks and pathways to building resilience, Raul Munoz, Mining and Minerals Leader for North America, chats with subject matter expert Julien Ducloy, Marsh Risk Canada’s Cyber Consulting Lead.
