In this episode of Risk in Context, Santonio Isom, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leader for Marsh US and Canada, speaks with Julie Minor, who is responsible for Marsh’s Southeast zone global risk management client segment, Tara Lessard Webb, Corporate Governance Director at Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions, and Robert Cartwright, Jr., who served as Division Manager for environmental, health, safety, and sustainability at Bridgestone Retail Operations. They discuss recent advances in DE&I, some of the barriers that remain, and share meaningful actions that organizations can take.

The podcast also features Angela Lee, from the Asian American Insurance Network, Omari Jahi Aarons, from the National African American Insurance Association, and JP Navarro, from the Rainbow Risk Alliance. He has been actively involved with RIMS for more than 20 years, serving in various roles, including as President/Chairman of the Global Board of Directors in 2018.
