UK 2015 Cyber Risk Survey Report

Marsh has undertaken an in-depth study into organisations’ attitudes towards the cyber threat, the management control processes they have in place, and their understanding and use of cyber insurance as a means of risk transfer.

UK 2015 Cyber Risk Survey Report highlights that many UK firms are failing to adequately assess their trading partners for cyber risk, and are more vulnerable to cyber-attacks themselves as a result.

The majority of respondents stated that their organisation has not been asked to demonstrate a competent standard of their IT security practices to their bank and/or customers, in order to do business with them.
