A new COVID-19 Non-Emergency Standard that replaces Cal/OSHA's previous COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standard will become effective once it is approved by the Office of Administrative Law (OAL) this month. In addition, federal OSHA has changed the login procedures for electronic reporting on its Injury Tracking Application (ITA).
