29 years experiences with Marsh and in the insurance industry. Having joined Marsh USA Inc. since 1988 as an internship trainee, started his carrier in the insurance industry. Spent 18 months at Columbus,OH office to work on local insurance placement and services for Japanese automobile parts suppliers. Joined Marsh Tokyo office in 1989 and handled US & European multinationals in Japan. And then moved to New York office in 1992 to take care of local insurance coordination’s for Japanese multinationals as well as to spend 2 years for managing International Insurance Programs for US multinationals. Backed to Tokyo office in 1995 and led an initiative to develop Global Insurance Programs for Japanese multinationals. Mastered advanced risk finance and client management skills.
Appointed as Director of Marsh Broker Japan, Inc. in 2002, JCS Asia Regional Director in 2004 and Managing Director in July 2010. Assumed duties as a Representative Director and a Chief Executive Officer of Marsh Broker Japan, Inc. in January 2013. Assumed duties as a Representative Director, Executive Vice President of Marsh Japan, Inc. in January 2020.
