BANGKOK, July 14, 2026 — Marsh (NYSE: MRSH), a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting, today announced that Marsh Risk Thailand became wholly owned by Marsh on July 1, 2026, and now operates under the legal entity name Marsh Risk (Thailand) Company Limited. This milestone reflects Marsh’s long-term commitment to Thailand and strengthens its ability to deliver the full breadth of its global capabilities, specialist expertise, and data-driven advisory solutions to clients.
For more than four decades, our clients in Thailand have trusted Marsh to help them make risk management decisions with clarity, confidence and proven expertise. The change marks an important milestone for Marsh in Thailand and supports the business’s continued growth aspiration in one of Southeast Asia’s most dynamic markets. As a wholly owned business, Marsh is well-positioned to leverage its scale, insight, and connected capabilities across risk, people, and strategic advisory to help clients navigate an interconnected risk environment.
