This year’s report is based on data from over 400 companies across 12 industries, illustrating the variety of employee benefits offered in different sectors.

In 2025 the major trends are expected to be the growth of technological integration in healthcare and the adoption of advanced telehealth and telemedicine solutions. Companies will prioritize employee well-being, focusing on mental health and wellness — 27% of companies are now prioritizing it as a vital part of employee benefits. The report explains how increasing availability of these services not only leads to increased employee satisfaction but helps create a more robust and resilient workforce that can help you achieve your business goals.

Rising treatment costs will drive innovative cost-management strategies and partnerships for value-based care. Data-driven decision-making can enhance benefits, while a stronger focus on prevention will improve employee satisfaction. This year 6% of companies said they are enhancing benefits to prioritize employee health and well-being.

Flexible benefits programs increased again and is now offered by over one-third of the surveyed organizations. This is representative of a growing trend and demand for personalized employee benefits in Thailand. Does your program offer the flexibility that competitors are offering their workforce?

Outpatient benefits and dental coverage are the two most popular optional modules, with a take-up rate of 81% and 49% respectively.
