Marsh named Broker of the Year at the 26th Asia Insurance Industry Awards 2022

Award by Asia Insurance Review recognises Marsh for its new best-in-class solutions that help enterprises close the protection gap, improve their insurability and build risk resilience amid volatility.

Marsh is honoured to be named Broker of the Year by the Asia Insurance Review at the 26th Asia Insurance Industry Awards 2022.

This is an important recognition and true testament of the possibility we bring to our employees, clients, partners and the community as the world’s largest insurance broker and risk advisor. Marsh was recognised for:

  • Data-driven risk solutions that align to specific industry needs and address pertinent risk management challenges — such as the ESG Risk Rating and Cyber Self-Assessment (CSA).
  • Innovative benefit plans and consulting, in-depth research and insights to meet the evolving needs of employers and employees in Asia relating to employee benefits, health and well-being through Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB).
  • Educating small and medium enterprises (SMEs) on the importance of assessing their risk profiles and protection gaps using tools such as Risk Explorer Compact.
  • Delivering industry-relevant advisory and solutions to help enterprises identify risks and blind spots unique to their business, e.g. automotive and communications, media and technology (CMT).

David Jacob, CEO, Marsh Asia, received the award and dedicated it to the colleagues across Marsh Asia who work closely with insurer partners to deliver tailored risk advisory and industry-led solutions for clients, with the goal to protect and promote possibility and helping businesses in the region cultivate a strong competitive advantage with a focus on sustainability.

The award marks the fourth consecutive time that Marsh has won the Broker of the Year accolade.
